Welcome to our country home – located right by the edge of the woods in a sunny and quiet spot – perfect for your relaxing stay.

Although we are close to vibrant Velden – only about 2 km away – you will find our house to be the perfect place to put your soul to rest and forget everyday life.

Right behind the house quiet, idyllic walk ways lead to small villages and the woods. Perfect to relax, share unison or simply enjoy nature.

Perfect also to explore the surroundings in peace with your dog.

If you enjoy looking for berries or mushrooms you can do so just behind the garden fence.

We are happy to organise a barbecue in the garden or a sailing trip on the Wörthersee, if you wish to pass quality time with your loved ones and friends. Good Food and drinks in a happy and unspoiled mood will certainly serve the occasion (applicable for stays of min. 7 nights).

Our private beach (approx. 7 km on southern lake shore) also features electrical and rowing boats with which you can get to know the Wörthersee from a whole new perspective.

The prices per person and night are from 25,- EUR to 45,- EUR (depending on season and apartment size). Please contact us - we will send an offer immediatly.

Our homely holiday apartments are south facing and located on the first floor. Both are equipped with plenty of bed spreads, linens and towels.

Parking possibility directly in front of the house.

Of course we can supply you with fresh breakfast rolls daily – delivered directly to your door!!

The apartment of 60m² features 1 bed room, a living room with sofa bed (double bed), dining nook, Sat-TV- and radio connection, a completely equipped kitchen (plates, silver ware and cooking dishes, Microwave/Hot Air Stove, Mixer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Iron and Ironing Board), one bathroom / toilet.
A terrace with table, chairs and 2 lounging beds is facing south.

50m² apartment:

The apartment of 50m² features 1 bed room, a living room with sofa bed (double bed), dining nook, Sat-TV- and radio connection, a completely equipped kitchen (plates, silver ware and cooking dishes, Microwave/Hot Air Stove, Mixer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Iron and Ironing Board), entry area, one bathroom, separate toilet.
An airy roofed balcony with table, chairs and 2 lounging beds is facing south, a second balcony is facing east.

90m² apartment:

The roomy 90m² apartment features 2 bed rooms, a living room with sofa bed (double bed), Sat-TV- und radio connection, a completely equipped kitchen (plates, silver ware and cooking dishes, Dish Washer, Microwave, Mixer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Iron and Ironing Board), entry area, one bathroom, separate toilet as well as a spacious roofed balcony with separate dining nook and 2 lounging beds.

Garden & Co:

Our private garden guarantees for undisturbed peace and relaxation – ideal to relax and meditate.

You are welcome to use our garden barbecue.
The kids can enjoy the garden, their own small garden hut, a swing and table tennis.
